“Terra Nossa” means “Our Land” in Portuguese, and our road name “Kilmalu” means “Welcome” in Maori: we welcome you to our 26 acre farm located in the heart of the banana belt of the Cowichan Valley.
We are fortunate enough to have gentle southern slopes, warm ocean breezes and lots of water, perfect for our livestock consisting of layers, broilers, turkeys and pigs and our crops of thornless blackberries, goji berries and a truffier with 100 oak trees and 300 hazelnut trees inoculated with the Perigord Black Truffle. Our farm is in the transition phase of organic certification. We use 100% certified organic feed and organic practices.
